Just like I felt blessed when my dear friend Gustavo José, to whom I dedicate this post, introduced me to kabbalah, you must consider yourself a very lucky person if you are reading this. For some, it may be a few silly words which can help them to kill time. But for others, it might be just the first step to start a new fortunate journey.
My first contact with this powerful and milenar tool, was a book called "THE POWER OF KABBALAH: Thirteen Principles to Overcome Challenges and Achieve Fulfillment" whose author is Yehuda Berg. I simply could not put the book down and, in less than two days, I read the whole book. It seemed as if, at every turned page, a light spark was enlightening an obscure piece of my consciousness and something about our existence or even about my own life has been clarified. After reading the book, I did not have any doubt whatsoever whether I should keep studying it or not. And so, the second step was to sign myself up to the course.

Yonatan Shani, who is in charge of the course, started the class talking about CHAOS. He asked why it seems that the world is falling apart. Why do we see people at war? Why do we see people suffering from hunger? Why do we see people fighting against violence, corruption, and drugs? And so, after asking the audience some puzzling questions, he happily explained that what apparently seems to be in total disorder, it is in truth nothing more than a limitation of perception of those who are observing the fact.
The chaos cannot be characterized by the lack of order because, as it has already been deciphered by quantum physics, everything is in perfect order. Actually, what is missing here is that people do not see order because their limited perception around reality prevents them from understanding the relation between what they are seeing and why it is happening.
He wisely explains that every person somehow creates his or her own reality. Feeling happy or sad, excited or depressive, calm or anxious will depend on how much of the reality he or she is perceiving. It is known that people perceive only 1% of their own reality. This limited perception might lead to a life much less happy than it could be.
Soon, after I listened to those wise words and felt more aware of life, I would like to invite you to think of what I wrote. You may ask yourself "how can I find more fulfillment in life?" or "How can I make better decisions?" Remember: the problem is not what is out there. The problem is what is preventing you from having a better perception of your own reality :)
